Introduction
TBC.London is one of London’s first net zero carbon in operation workplaces.
FORE appointed Willmott Dixon as the principal contractor and Stiff+Trevillion as lead architects.
By deploying Qflow on site to log every material delivery and waste transfer through a simple photograph. This allowed Willmott Dixon to save time, and identify non-compliant deliveries and incomplete documentation.

The Challenge
Manually tracking and auditing waste and materials was time consuming and opaque.
“Qflow enables our teams to work smarter, not harder.”
– Ketan Dalvi, Willmott Dixon, Senior Sustainability Manager
The Solution
Automated data capture and auditing
Willmott Dixon used Qflow to streamline logging material deliveries and waste transfers through simple photographs of delivery slips. Qflow’s AI digitised and audited this data, alerting the team to non-compliant deliveries and incomplete documentation, saving over 2 hours per week on manual data entry and 22 working days over the project’s duration. This replaced unreliable spreadsheets, improving accuracy.
Qflow also centralised sustainability reporting by automating waste data input and compliance checks, allowing the site team to focus on core tasks. Its user-friendly dashboard provided transparency at the client level, showing project status against design estimates and quickly flagging missing information.
