RevOps Associate

HYBRID / PERMANENT / FULL-TIME

Who are we?

At Qflow we’re on a mission to transform one of the world’s most impactful industries: Construction. We’re providing easily captured, data-driven insights, empowering the industry to make better decisions – ultimately delivering increased quality, efficiencies, cost savings, and cost and risk avoidance. Our team combines construction experience with software engineering, artificial intelligence, and cutting-edge data science to deliver real-time alerts to risks and opportunities during construction.

Having established our one-of-a-kind solution as a ‘must have’ tool for the major Tier 1 contractors, developers and utilities companies in the UK, we’re also building a strong book of business with key logos in the UK and internationally. Deployed across £billions worth of projects worldwide, our revenues are expected to double over the course of 2026.

We are seeking a talented and experienced Rev Ops Associate who is eager to contribute to making a difference to the construction industry. You will be an integral part of the Commercial function, employing proven processes to achieve success, within a structure that encourages progression to more senior roles.

If you are passionate about the industry, or just data and quality in general, and you believe that with cutting-edge technology we can address tangible issues, this opportunity is tailor-made for you.

As a Revenue Operations (Rev Ops) Associate, you will play a critical role in driving operational efficiency and optimising revenue generation across our sales, marketing, and customer success teams. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised, data-oriented individual to contribute to the company’s overall growth. You will assist in streamlining processes, managing our technology stack, ensuring data integrity, and providing analytical insights to support data-driven decisions. Reporting directly to the Director of Growth, you will also act as an operational assistant to them directly.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between sales, marketing, and customer success teams to foster alignment and ensure smooth end-to-end revenue processes.

Enablement & Support: Assist in developing and maintaining internal documentation and training materials (e.g., sales playbooks, process guides) and provide basic training/support to team members on RevOps tools and processes.

Director Assistance: Work to support the Director of Growth with regular and ad-hoc tasks and requests, calendar efficiency and day-to-day collaboration to deliver impact, and convert ideation to action as quickly as possible
