Introduction
Grosvenor is deploying Qflow across their portfolio of projects ranging from large estate developments such as the South Molton, to small development projects including refurbishments and fit-out projects.
Alongside being an active Qflow user, Grosvenor have invested in Qflow as part of the recent Series A investment round.

The Challenge
Before deploying Qflow the Grosvenor sustainability team faced multiple challenges regarding data capture and ensuring that sustainability was a key focus for their supply chain.

Qflow has given Grosvenor access to more granular details on materials used and the waste produced within their construction projects and has also reduced the burden on suppliers to manually supply data.
This increased visibility of materials and waste data helps the Grosvenor team to improve confidence that materials are being responsibly sourced, that waste is being managed correctly, and that supply chain partners are doing the right thing.
