Introduction
The BW team required a reliable data platform to support the delivery of a office fit-out project with high sustainability requirements.
This project was a prominent CAT B Fit out in a central London location. The client had ambitious sustainability targets including BREEAM Outstanding and Well Platinum status. The scope of the project was to re-design office space across 4 floors including desk spaces, meetings rooms, a cafe and an outdoor terrace.

The Challenge
The client required a low carbon design and build to maintain the original building’s net zero carbon status and EPC rating of ‘A’. They also aimed to integrate circular economy principles throughout the project.

The Solution
Automated data capture and auditing
Qflow automated the process of capturing waste and materials data on-site, allowing the team to focus on other sustainability challenges.
The site team were able to log every material delivered by taking a photograph of the delivery note, thus reducing the training requirements. Qflow is system agnostic, meaning there was no process change required from the supply chain. The project team were able to adopt Qflow efficiently, without impacting operations.
