We are a leading, fast-growing software start-up providing digital solutions to the Construction industry, a new position has opened for an enthusiastic Sales Development Rep’ to join our team. You’ll be working from home much of the time with regular meetups in our offices in London.
As a Sales Development Rep’ (SDR) you’ll be on the frontline and integral to the team’s success, driving revenue and hitting targets. In line with the company’s strategic sales plan, you’ll be Identifying key accounts and mapping out key buyers within that organisation. You will need to find creative ways to make contact with, and engage, key personas using digital channels or through face-to-face events. The position is a mixture of sales and marketing and is all about getting the right message in front of the right person and working with other team members to hone this message.
This is a really exciting time to join the business as we scale up, creating plenty of scope to progress into a more senior role for the right candidate.
- Research and identify new potential clients
Seek out appropriate contacts in organisations
- Generate leads including through cold calling & email
- Meet with customers/clients over teams or in person
- Foster relationships with potential clients
- Understand the needs of clients and how our product can meet these.
- Think strategically; understand the big picture and set goals and objectives to improve the business.
- Train members of your team & share best practices.
- Tools – ideal, not all essential: Sales navigator, Hubspot, Reply, Lemlist, Active campaign, MS 365

Qflow sells directly to construction and development teams, and collaborates with industry partners such as logistics contractors and environmental consultants. Qflow’s first wave of products deliver real-time data on construction processes (including material and waste management), providing new insights generated by our platform that have never been experienced in this sector before. You will be providing critical infrastructure with the tools to build more efficiently and more sustainably, whilst also automating hideous admin tasks on-site.
