Is ESG just greenwashing or is it a key metric?
In the past year, many of us have been forced to reconsider the link between environment, society, good governance, and profit. The global pandemic has disrupted our way of life and economies, but in doing so, created an opportunity to rebuild a greener and more sustainable economy. This has led to increased focus on ESG criteria and investment within the built environment. But is ESG just greenwashing or is it in fact a key metric for the future of the built environment?
