Your team and your role

We’re looking for someone that can identify and develop new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key clients and growing the company’s customer base. Developing and implementing Qflow’s business development strategies, you will help to drive revenue growth and market share.

You’ll be working in our Commercial team, working closely with the Sales, Customer Success and Marketing teams and reporting to the VP of Growth.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in line with the company’s growth strategy
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all business development activities
  • Manage your sales pipeline, tracking each prospect and ensuring your pipeline is updated to allow for accurate forecasting
  • Execute a multi-channel approach to potential customer outreach
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth, utilising a data-driven approach
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure Qflow’s product offering meets customer needs & expectations
  • Act as business representative at major industry events and conferences
  • Willingness to travel for customer meetings as required

Your skills

  • Proven track record of success in business development or sales within a SaaS organisation, with a focus construction, engineering, sustainability or a related field
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to close deals and secure profitable contracts
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Experience in utilising formal sales methodologies, including MEDDIC, BANT, Challenger or Miller-Heiman.
  • Proficient in working with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
