Qflow’s core mission is to leave the world in a better place than we found it. We are therefore very concerned about the continuing conflict in Ukraine.  Beyond the unimaginable direct loss of life, further suffering will be inflicted by the damage to cities; supply chains, infrastructure, biodiversity and climate. It will inevitably take many years to repair the physical destruction.

Huge damage has already been done, however further damage can be minimised if the conflict is ended quickly. 

In times of crisis, issues of sustainability and environment can often be considered secondary to the more immediate human impact. However, the reality is that people will continue to depend on the environment for their food and air, and we cannot afford to neglect this aspect of the recovery. At Qflow we believe that in order to help the people, it’s also necessary to protect the environment. 

In our work, we can continue to protect the environment and notify our clients when conflict materials can be identified. To support the people affected by this war, we will also match our carbon offset in contributions to the Disasters Emergency Committee’s Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal

Similar to many others around the world, we hope that these events taking place come to an end as quickly as possible. Our thoughts go out to all of those impacted by this crisis and we will continue to do what we can to support those affected in this time of need.
